THE CZECH–BOSNIAN RIDE BEGAN IN A BREATHTAKING CHURCH AT KARLOVO NÁMĚSTÍ AND CONTINUED IN LETNÁ. A VERY HOT WEDDING DAY WAS FINISHED WITH A WILD PARTY.

I always love it when multiple cultures come together at one wedding. This time, I had the chance to experience and learn more about Bosnian traditions for the very first time.

What I enjoyed the most was the traditional Bosnian dance. And since the party took place in Letná, two Sparta football fans even mixed in with the wedding guests. I admired even more how elegantly and humorously the groom, Sam, managed to escort them back to the beer garden where they were originally headed.

I also visited the enormous Church of St. Ignatius at Karlovo náměstí for the first time, even though I’ve been passing by it my whole life. I love church ceremonies, especially in such grand spaces. The light for photography always works perfectly for me here. And you can judge the atmosphere for yourself.

And in the evening, the party really kicked off and went all out. Not a single person stayed dry, and I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if the music from this party could be heard all the way across the Vltava River.
